Strength training using body weight exercises to increase stamina, strength and also flexibility. Main concentration is focused on the core, lower back and abdominal strength. This is a total body workout that burns lots of calories.
A combination of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga. A workout that builds flexibility, strength, controlled breathing and concentration. A structured series of stretches and moves that creates a workout experience that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
